Raymond is a Strategic Communications and Government Relations Associate at Bellevue Public Affairs. He is a recent graduate from Temple University where he successfully completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Political Science.

Raymond brings a unique quantitative and qualitative perspective to the Government Relations and Public Affairs practice and as such he specializes in the Research and Development of Strategic Communication Strategies. Prior to his role as a Communications Analyst, Raymond was a Fall and Spring Government Relations and Communications Intern at Bellevue.

Outside of Bellevue, Raymond can be found catching up on the latest scientific news while sipping a cold brew coffee by the pool! He resides in Philadelphia but comes from snowy Erie, PA where he frequently visits his large family.
